General servicing arrangements only tends to concentrate on the engine, brakes, lights, exhaust etc. 

However, a part of the powertrain which, in most cases, is given minimal or no attention to is the Gearbox. Clearly, this is as vital a part of the vehicle as any other part might be and therefore at least requires to be checked or even serviced at regular intervals.
